We work along side high-quality specialist health services that offers 24 hour residential care for both men, women and children assisting them to recover and integrate back into the community. These roles involves supporting with a mixture of Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Physical Health Needs.
The function of this role is to create a safe and nurturing environment where everyone is treated as a unique individual and supported in developing life skills, coping strategies and confidence.
