The role of a Healthcare Assistant is a very privileged role, as a HCA, you provide personal care and support to patients at their most vulnerable times. Our Health Care assistants are responsible for taking care of a group on patients on a day to day basis. This will include helping with daily living activities, including personal care, recording observations and documentation of care given.
