After 9 years in the education sector, working for two well known recruitment agencies, Education Supply Pool was established in 2014, with the ethos of putting the needs of the candidate first. ESP quickly became one of the leading education agencies in South East Wales, proving an extremely honest and reliable service.

I am passionate about the role we have within Education, providing advice and guidance to our candidates. helping them fulfil their career dreams. as well as running the day-to-day business operations of ESP, I am also responsible for the secondary sector across the region and Primary schools with the Blaenau Gwent region.

The reputation we have established in the local community, and our charity work, with that community is something I am extremely proud off. With our fantastic team in place, I am looking forward to the next chapter in ESP's story.
