Last night we had the pleasure of being invited to attend the Marie Curie “Great Daffodil Appeal” launch at the Senedd in Cardiff Bay. As a company, ESP have supported Marie Curie for several years, volunteering for their fundraising appeals and donating money towards their great causes. The event was sponsored by Jane Hutt MS and was an opportunity for supporters, fundraiser, colleagues to come together to celebrate Marie Curie’s work over the past year and look to the future.
This year will focus on promoting their bereavement service, which is targeted for people who may want to have ongoing support, offering up to six telephone sessions of 45 minutes. The programme will support individuals who are looking for a safe space to talk openly about the things that are worrying them.
We’re looking forward to helping Marie Curie further in 2023, starting by volunteering to help the Great Daffodil Appeal collections in March – keep an eye out for us in yellow bibs in your local Morrisons!
